Jack of all trades, master of none
Micke Kring
Researcher at RISE since 2023, where I primarily work with generative AI. I teach, build prototypes, develop, and drive innovation.
I’ve always been fascinated by what happens when humans and technology meet. With almost 30 years of experience in education and development, I spend my days exploring, prototyping, and teaching in AI, with the same playful curiosity as when I started.
The purpose of this site is to serve as documentation and a sounding board for me, but also, hopefully, to shed some light on how I work and which solutions I choose.

Projects & Prototypes

After 15+ years with Wordpress I built my own blog system for the site you're on now. Tailored just for me.

Transcribe (MacOS)
Transcription app that uses local AI models like KB Whisper for secure transcription and local language models for processing.
C64 Chat (Web)
Out of pure nostalgia I decided to build a ChatGPT as it might have looked on my old Commodore 64 if AI had existed then.
Diane (iOS)
iOS app that records voice, transcribes it, and processes the text with GPT-3.5. A prototype showcasing the possibilities of combining several different AI services.
Diane (Python)
Python app that records voice, transcribes it, and processes the text with GPT. Prototype showing the possibilities of combining multiple AI services.
